High Protein Diet

In order to maintain my weight while working out I have begun a high protein diet. I have yet to by a good protein shake but I looked up online for things to eat. Foods such as avacados, chicken, eggs, wheat, and potatoes are high in protein and when cooked right can also be very healthy. Peanuts and other nuts are also high in protein but I absolutely hate all nuts so those are out of the question for me.
This week I made a big batch of guacamole to take with me to work or school as a snack. It is high in protein and tastes amazing.
 

 And for breakfast and lunch I have been eating things like chicken salad quesadilla and hard boiled eggs.
 
I usually dont eat breakfast , so it has been pretty hard guzzling down all this food. But ultimately I feel better and look better.

  1. Can you do nuts in protein bars? Cliff bars are a good source for a snack and offer good protein

  2. Good Diet! Avocado's are very tasty, I love them! I used to drink the protein shakes from herbal life and they are pretty good! Since I was trying to loose weight I used to drink the protein and the vanilla shake to replace a meal, but you can always balance it out with a healthy meal to maintain your current weight.
