I love the weather we have been having lately. Yes it still rains every once in a while but besides that it amazing. Thanks to the weather my roommate, a friend, and I are waking every day at 6 am to jog. When I do this I feel more energetic through out the day and have lessened my need for coffee.
We started this on Sunday and have been going good so far. I even bought new Nike Free Runs that are flexible and amazing for almost any type of exercising.
These are my steps in the morning:
- Wake up at 6 am
- Drink a protein shake
- Stretch
- Go jogging for at least 30 minutes
- Come home
- Shower
- And get ready for the day
I don't have time for any other form of exercise right now with the end of the semester approaching but this has working out great for me and isn't too bad once you get used to it.
I agree completely it really isnt that hard once you get into a routine of working out. It is just part of your day.
ReplyDeleteI’m with you; I love this weather we are having. I also like this part of the country. Sure it gets hot and get cold sometimes, but not as bad as other places. We don’t get much snow and we experience all four seasons. I like North Carolina, as for getting up at 6am and going out for a jog. It’s not my cup of tea, or should I say coffee.
