Planet Fitness

Monday of this week I started my monthly subscription to Planet Fitness. I like it because it is 24/7 which is good for me since I get out of work late. I also like it because it is only $10 a month but there is a location near where I work and one near where I live that I can go to. I plan to go every other day for at least 45 minutes. Each day I go I switch between legs and arms, but I always do abs since they are hard to keep up.
I feel a lot more energized during the day. I am really glad that I finally started working out again.

  1. I am happy that you plan to make exercise a priority. I need to make time for working out, too! I worked out all through college; however, I let life distract me from exercise. Now, as a forty something year old, I am paying for it. I am so out of shape!

  2. That is fantastic that you are doing so well in your commitment. I find it is easier to do in the beginning to go often. I am sure you are more dedicated than I am to exercise. Are you going to the gym more for toning or weight loss?

  3. That is awesome that you can go any time my gym closes at 9 so i try to get there after work for an hour or so. but keep up the good work
